ATLAS Experiment from LHC

Project PN3 CERN-RO no. 8/2016

One of the project objectives is the development of electronic systems for real time data acquisition from the muon detectors within the ATLAS experiment from LHC that implies designing, prototyping, testing and serial manufacturing of an integrated, radiation-resistant ASIC circuit in CMOS IBM 130 nm technology.

Protection system for the security of electrical power use in smart cities

Project PN3 62PED/2017

The main objective of this project is the development of a hardware and software system that is functional, tested and verified according to European standards, capable of ensuring consumer protection against hazards such as overcurrent, overvoltage, electric arch, and mass leakage, and allows the automatic restarting of consumer units. The data generated by these devices will be transmitted to a server responsible for the storage of information related to the system events in databases and for disconnecting any of the consumer units if necessary. These messages can be used by the provider to pinpoint any reported event.
