Research fields

The Quality of Life and Human Performance Center focuses on assessing and optimizing motor and physiological functions and developing skills specific to sports disciplines. The emphasis is on:

  • Technical execution and essential motor parameters (speed, strength, endurance, flexibility, coordination) for movement control, balance, and adaptation to effort
  • Functional adaptation, observing how the body remodels itself as a result of sports training

The center has a reliable infrastructure that allows for integrated monitoring of exercise capacity, body composition, and neuromotor control. The methodologies applied are non-invasive and support:

  • Scientific research
  • Professional training and development
  • Prevention and recovery through physical therapy
  • Programs to improve quality of life
