Research fields

The Research Center for Human Performance was established in 2004 in collaboration with the National Research Institute for Sport Bucharest, University of Pitesti, University "Dunărea de Jos" from Galaţi , and the National Institute of Physical Education and Sport Chisinau. Afterwards, it was transformed into an interdisciplinary research center under the name of the Research Center for Life Quality and Human Performance, and recognized CNCSIS with the Certificate no. 23 of September 12, 2006.

Starting with 09.01.2008, through the Rector's Decision no.3119, the center operates within the framework of The Research and Development Institute of Transilvania University of Brasov. Our research center is aimed towards applied scientific research, with high innovation potential, in accordance with local and regional needs and with the areas declared priority by the National Strategy.
