The Faculty of Civil Engineering, together with Shenyang Jianzhu Univeristy, China organizes the 16th edition of International Scientific Conference CIBv - Civil Engineering and Building Services 2021. This year, the event will take place online.

The aim of the conference is to promote exchanges of ideas on current topics in latest developments in civil engineering and building services. We also belive that the aim of the CIBv conference is to provide a platform for researchers, engineers, academicians as well as professionals from all over the world to present their research results and development activities. It also provides opportunities for the participants to exchange new ideas and application experiences, to establish business or research relations and to find other partners for future collaboration.
The Conference has been organized every other year at Transilvania University of Brașov, since 2000. The 16^th edition of CIBv will be held on-line between the 4^th and 5^th November 2021.
More than 200 participants have presented their work at every edition of the conference, which consisted of academic staff, researchers, doctoral students and professionals from Romania, China, Serbia, Germany, Russia, Croatia, Norway, Finlad and Japan. According to participants' assessments, the quality and prestige of the conference increased from one edition to another.
