Papers in English submitted for two sections - Private Law and Public Law - will be presented within the framework of the conference, and the topics proposed by the authors will then be debated with the participants in the conference, in correlation with the topics proposed in the research fields of the “Emil Poenaru” Center for Judicial Research.
