Eduspace, together with Foundever Romania, launches the 9^th edition of FUTURE, a free career-guidance programme, especially designed for the Romanian youth who want to pass from theory to practice.

The programme conveys a clear message to young people: Your voice matters!

Against a background where over 57% of the young Europeans feel isolated, FUTURE aims at showing youth that their ideas carry genuine weight. The programme is not only about career, but also about the confidence of being actually listened to and about the impact of young voices.

The programme is a 100% practical and customizable experience, where young people decide on the direction to take:

• Guidance and counselling: you find your own career direction through vocational tools;
• Mentorship: you learn directly from experts;
• Employment support: individual feedback for your CV, and practical interview simulation.
• Personal development: on-site training sessions (Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, Brașov and Oradea) and NoPowerPoint online webinars.
• MyVoiceMatters grants: you have the chance of receiving funds in order for you to design your own initiatives for the benefit of other young people in your community.

Who can participate?

If you are aged between 18 and 26 years, and want to build a solid career, based on who you really are, this programme is for you.
