invites you to the eighth edition of the International Conference for Sustainable Energy - CSE 2026 which aims at bringing together professors, researchers, scientists, experts and PhD candidates who conduct their activity in the comprehensive field of renewable energy systems implemented in the energy-efficient built environment, with a view to disseminating the latest research results, to facilitating the exchange of expertise, as well as to establishing future lines of research in this field.

Main conference theme: Energy communities

The accepted presentations are themed on, but not limited to the following topics: energy-efficient built environment, solar thermal systems, photovoltaic systems, geothermal systems, wind systems, micro-hydro systems, biomass-based systems, hydrogen-based systems, hybrid and co-generation systems, mechanisms for renewable energy systems, sustainable mobility, sewage and wastewater treatment systems, artificial intelligence, education and policies for energy communities.

The full articles submitted and presented within CSE 2026 will be internationally reviewed and published in a volume under the Springer Proceedings in Energy series, or might be selected for publication in prestigious Clarivate-indexed journals, such as Renewable Energy or Environmental Engineering and Management Journal.
