UNITBV Conferences: Science in Conversation
Forests in the Digital Age: Technology, Satellites and Mankind, 8 July 2024, at 5:00 p.m., Studio 181 Hall
Transilvania University of Brașov launches the series UNITBV Conferences: Science in Conversation. This event aims to bring the world of scientific research closer to the community. The scientists will present their latest research and findings, answer questions, show how science can help improve the quality of life, and illustrate ways in which the community members can participate and support scientific endeavours.
The guest of the first edition is Mihai Daniel NIȚĂ, professor at the Faculty of Silviculture and Forest Engineering, who will conduct the debate on the topic Forests in the Digital Age: Technology, Satellites and Mankind.
The event is addressed to all enthusiasts of science, regardless of their age, to pupils, students and teaching personnel, to professionals in various fields, to all Brașov community members eager to find out information about the latest scientific results.
